Congenital Heart Disease is the substrate for 11 percent to 31 percent of Infective Endocarditis cases in the Philippines. There has been 5 cases reported worldwide of isolated pulmonic valve endocarditis in a patient with VSD and none in the Philippines . This is a case of an isolated pulmonic valve endocarditis in a patient with VSD, which was echocardiographically documented and monitored and initially treated medically. The case also demonstrates the importance of echo in IE management. Objectives This presentation describes a case of an isolated involvement of the pulmonic valve in infective endocarditis in a patient with (VSD), which was echocardiographically documented and monitored, and initially treated medically. This case also demonstrates the importance of echocardiography in the management of IE.
