Maxillofacial reconstruction in Crouzon syndrome /

<br/><br/> A 28-year old male presented with midfacial hypoplasia, multiple craniosynostosis, and bilateral proptosis. This was diagnosed as Crouzon Syndrome. The proposed surgical management is a Lefort III mid-facial advancement with mandibular pullback.
