Subject(s): Abstract: This is a study of 27 cases diagnosed as APCD upon discharge from six hospitals in Cebu City giving a relative occurrence of 1 per 1,000 among infants admitted to these six hospitals. The most common signs and symptoms were related to bleeding tendencies, seizures, apnea and poor suck.
